Discover the 2020 Gender Equality Index for Campus France

Campus France has just published its index measuring gender equality at the workplace for 2020. Campus France scored 98 out of 100, a 3-pts increase, as a result of the determined commitment of Campus France on gender equality.

Like any other company with 50+ employees, Campus France publishes every year its index on gender equality at the workplace.

 

2020 index on gender equality: 98 out of 100 for Campus France

For 2020, Campus France scored 98 out of 100, a 3-points increase compared to the previous year. This is the result of the determined commitment of the Agency in gender equality, and an encouragement to continue improving good practices for the next years.

 

Index rates detail

The index is measured out of 100 points using the following 4 indicators:

1. Pay gap between women and men: 38/40

2. Merit raises and promotions gap between women and men: 35/35

3. Percentage of employees benefitting from a salary raise following a maternity leave: 15/15

4. Parity among the 10 highest wages: 10/10

 

An index to rate professional equality in companies

Since 2019, all companies with 250+ employees, and, since 2020, all companies with 50+ employees must calculate their Gender Equality Index (out of 100 points) every year on March 1st. 

The index rates the efficiency of policies implemented by a company, including policies seeking to close the pay gap between women and men. (French “avenir professional” law of 5 September 2018, and decree #2019-15 of 8 January 2019).
