Public

  • International students on structured mobility programs (Erasmus+ or bilateral agreements) at the University of Rouen Normandy are supported by the Pôle Mobilité et Promotion.
  • The Pôle Espace Monde handles the reception of international students from outside the EU on individual mobility enrolled through Campus France.
  • The Euraxess Centre supports international researchers and PhD students (recruitment and research stays) hosted by a research unit of the University of Rouen Normandy, providing assistance with administrative and practical procedures.

Proposed services

  • Pôle Espace Monde supports individual mobility students year-round with administrative procedures, particularly regarding residence rights, in partnership with the Seine-Maritime Prefecture.
  • Pôle Mobilité et Promotion assists Erasmus+ and bilateral agreement students throughout the year, providing information ahead of their stay (housing, opening a French bank account).

Each unit organizes a one-stop welcome desk from late August to late September offering:

  • Administrative registration and student card issuance
  • Contacts for academic advisors and course registration
  • Information on student services (preventive healthcare, sports, culture pass, etc.)
  • A welcome bag with information on the city and university life (culture, associations)

The Espace Monde desk also provides social security registration on-site with CPAM present twice a week.

For international researchers and PhD students:

  • Information on entry/residency conditions and issuance of official documents for "Talent Researcher" visa
  • Assistance with visas/residence permits
  • Income tax declarations
