Université Clermont Auvergne

Born of the common desire of the Auvergne higher education institutions, Crous Clermont Auvergne, the City of Clermont-Ferrand, and the Prefecture, to improve the welcome of students, especially newcomers and foreign students, the Espace d'Accueil Étudiants welcomes you from the beginning of the academic year to help you discover your new university life.

The Espace Accueil Etudiant is a shared service located at the heart of the CROUS campus for local reception and support for all our international students from the Auvergne site.

Back-to-school events

•     The UCA International Relations Department organizes Welcome Month.

•     The Welcome Day will be organized on Wednesday September 6, 2023 at the law school for our international students.

•    Two information meetings will be held on Wednesday September 6th from 10:45 a.m. to welcome our international students in supervised mobility and individual mobility. These information meetings will be followed by a welcome cocktail.

•     Thematic workshops Visa and residence permit, joining the CPAM, university structures the week of September 11th to 15th, 2023.

     
Several cultural activities will be organized throughout the month of September 2023 to allow international students a better knowledge of the Clermont environment. Activities upon registration.

The EURAXESS Auvergne Center offers personalized and free assistance to international researchers and their families for:

• Prepare their stay: formalities for entry, stay and work in France (visas, work permits, residence permits)
• Facilitate their installation in Auvergne: Housing, health coverage o¬offer
• Facilitate their daily administrative procedures: social security, retirement, unemployment, family allowances, taxes
• Facilitate their integration: French lessons, cultural and leisure activities, education, etc.
