Reception structure

The ComUE Université de Lyon and its partners work together to support international students upon their arrival in Lyon and Saint-Étienne, in order to get the university year off to a good start and facilitate their integration into the territory.

Every year, the Students Welcome Desk teams inform and guide students in all the administrative procedures for the start of the school year and in particular on the residence permit, in particular on the residence permit and also on all the aid and support systems available. in the metropolis of Lyon.

Since 2020, all procedures relating to residence permits have been fully dematerialized for international students.

The multilingual remote advisers of the SWD hotline help international students remotely in their procedures and integration paths in the territory, but also face-to-face (by appointment only) within the digital space of the ComUE l'Université from Lyon.
