Campus France and French Foreign Trade Advisors: A Strategic Partnership to Boost France’s International Appeal
On 14 May 2025, Donatienne Hissard, Acting Director General of Campus France, and Sophie Sidos, President of the French Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France (CCEF, Foreign Trade Advisors), met at the CCEF headquarters for a productive working session.
This strategic meeting provided an opportunity to explore new ways of working together to strengthen France’s appeal as a destination for international talent. Both organisations are deeply committed to promoting French higher education globally and supporting the international students who choose France.

A Shared Goal: Building Stronger Bonds Between Higher Education and Business
The aim of this collaboration is clear: to enhance synergies between academia and the business world. The partnership between Campus France and the CCEF is focused on two main goals:
- Helping international graduates who have studied in France transition more easily into the job market.
- Raising France’s global profile as a top destination for both study and career development.
Campus France and the CCEF are committed to building on this momentum, with plans for new joint initiatives designed to boost both the attractiveness of France and the employability of international students.
As part of this ongoing collaboration, the CCEF will take part in the upcoming Job Fair — a major networking event connecting international students and alumni with recruiters from companies and partner organisations held on Wednesday, 25 June 2025, at the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris (CIUP), during the third edition of France Alumni Day, the global celebration of France’s international graduates.
