Target Audience

The Guichet Unique is the central meeting point for international students upon their arrival in the city.

All the necessary information for your arrival and integration in Nantes, Saint-Nazaire, and La Roche-sur-Yon is available:
• assistance with administrative procedures (university registration, residence permit);
• accommodation, insurance, health;
• student life, associations, culture, transportation.

Services Offered

During the September and January intake periods, Nantes Université and its partners (CPAM, CAF, student associations, student health services, banks, transport services, etc.) are present at the Guichet Unique to assist you with your procedures on-site.

Welcome Events

The Welcome Festival will take place on Thursday, September 25, from 4:00 PM to midnight, on the Île de Nantes. It will feature a festive and friendly atmosphere with a musical program. The schedule will be published in a few days, and the website will be updated accordingly.

Mentoring

The association Autour du Monde–ESN Nantes offers free pairing between a local student and a newly arrived international student. This is primarily a relationship of exchange and mutual support to facilitate the integration of international students in Nantes:

There is also another program, Univ Buddy, which connects French and international students through meetings and activities both on and off campus.
