The benefits of the "Bienvenue en France" label for institutions

Institutions awarded the "Bienvenue en France" label benefit from visibility on all Campus France websites, in Campus France marketing tools & media, and in the networks of French embassies and Campus France local offices. Institutions can also use the label in their own communications.

Campus France's commitments

Campus France makes several commitments to institutions:

  1. It receives and processes all "Bienvenue en France" label applications from institutions of higher education.
     
  2. It maintains the confidentiality of all communications with institutions during the labeling process.
     
  3. It follows the advice of experts and the independent commission when validating the label during the second year, and if necessary, reevaluates the awarding of the label on the basis of this advice.
     
  4. Campus France is not authorized to share non-anonymized data provided in forms without the consent of the institution.

 

Promotion of the "Bienvenue en France" label and institutions

Campus France works closely with institutions, French embassies and its local offices network, partners, and affiliates to promote the "Bienvenue en France" label and the institutions that have received it. To do so, it:

  1. Incorporates the label's logo on the "Études en France" platform to allow international students to see it when they apply.
     
  2. Provides a list of certified "Bienvenue en France" institutions to the 260 Campus France local offices in 126 countries. This list is also highlighted amongst Campus France partners, in particular foreign companies and governments that finance mobility programs.
     
  3. Presents the measures that are taken and the facilities that are set up to accommodate international students, in French and English, on a special page on its international website, and in 30 languages on the 80 local sites of the Campus France network.
     
  4. Incorporates the "Bienvenue en France" label logo into the pages of the educational catalogs of the institution (degree program catalogs, Taught in English, doctoral level programs, short programs), in 30 languages on the 80 local sites of the Campus France network.
     
  5. Adds specific filters to each catalog to make it easier to access information on institutions with the "Bienvenue en France" label.
     
  6. Creates and publishes (online) a special file presenting the welcome measures and facilities of the institution. This PDF file can be downloaded and printed in French and English and is otherwise available in 30 languages on the 80 local sites of the Campus France network.
     
  7. Specifies "Bienvenue en France" institutions on an interactive regional map and in the city files available on the Campus France international website. These PDF files can be downloaded and printed in French and English and are otherwise available in 30 languages on the 80 local sites of the Campus France network.
     
  8. Encourages institutions to use the "Bienvenue en France" label logo on their own printed paper and electronic media for the entire duration of the label's validity.
     
  9. Sends "Bienvenue en France" institutions a list of contacts in Campus France offices abroad.
     
  10. Highlights the professional integration and entrepreneurship support initiatives of institutions on the France Alumni website (international platform and local platforms) and among its 270,000 members.
