"A new chapter begins": that’s the message Aix-en-Provence wants to send this year as it celebrates its most famous son, Paul Cezanne. At the center of the celebration: a major exhibition, the reopening of his family home, and his final studio. It's one of 28 standout exhibitions receiving the French Ministry of Culture’s “Exposition of National Interest” label in 2025, highlighting key events across nearly 30 museums throughout the country.
Culture is going on holiday! Throughout July and August 2025, the “Cultural Summer” initiative—launched by the Ministry of Culture—will once again take culture outside of traditional venues and into unexpected places, going out to meet the public, especially young people. And new this year: the event is coming to campsites!
The Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE) has published its annual employment survey, confirming a long-standing trend: graduates from France’s top-tier Grandes Écoles continue to transition quickly into the workforce. While the net employment rate within six months of graduation has dipped slightly this year to 80.2% for the class of 2024, this decline is largely offset by an overall rise in graduate salaries.
